How does the free first class work?
Simply reserve your spot through our schedule — your first class is completely free, no credit card required. Just show up, roll out a mat, and breathe.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing you can move freely in. Since you will be practicing at home, it is recommended you have 2 pillows, one throw blanket/towel and yoga blocks or a sturdy book.
What class styles do you offer?
We offer a range of styles including gentle flow, hatha yoga, and restorative yoga. There's something for every mood and energy level.
Are there classes that fit around a work schedule?
Yes! We offer30 mins early morning session on weekdays. 45 mins - 1 hour sessions in the evening, and weekend classes specifically designed for busy professionals. Check this week's schedule above to find your perfect time.
