My name is Sneha, and welcome to my yoga space, Zen Yoga — a journey inwards, home.

I began practicing yoga about six to seven years ago. What started as a simple curiosity धीरे धीरे grew into a deep passion. Over time, I realized yoga was not just movement — it was connection, healing, and coming back to myself.

With a heartfelt desire to share this transformative practice with others in my community, I chose to deepen my learning and became certified in Hatha Yoga and Restorative Yoga.

Zen Yoga is a space where we slow down, breathe deeply, and return to our true selves. I’m honored to guide you on this journey inward — back home to you.

You Don't Have to Be Flexible to Start. You Just Have to Start.

We hear it all the time: "I'm not flexible enough for yoga." Zen Yoga is an online teaching class which makes it easier for you to do yoga just from the comfort your house, grabbing those 30 mins before dropping off the kids to school or unwind your day with restorative class.

Classes are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you've never set foot on a mat or you're returning after years away, you'll find a warm welcome, a supportive community, and a practice that fits your life.

Your Questions, Answered

Not at all — and this is our most common concern. Yoga is the practice that builds flexibility over time. You'll start exactly where you are, and every pose has modifications. After a few classes, you'll be amazed at what your body can do.

We offer 30 minutes, 45 minutes and 60 minutes classes and we offer early morning and evening sessions to fit around your day. Even one class a week creates noticeable change. We make it easy to show up consistently.

We've worked hard to create a space where nobody feels like they're being watched or judged. Our instructors guide every pose step by step, and our community is genuinely one of the warmest you'll find. Most people tell us they felt at home by the end of their first class.

Just yourself and comfortable clothes. Since you will be home, it would be beneficial to have 2 pillows, a throw blanket/towel and a block. If you do not have a block, you can also grab a sturdy book.
